I've did an extensive research what is the reason of these crashes, messed with iCleaner a lot to find it - HomeGesture it is. Unfortunately there is no option to blacklist apps on iOS12 so I need to uninstall your tweak :(

apps I've found to crash:
Alien Blue,
Tinder.
