Upgrade AWS SDK to v3 #29

When running, getting the following warnings:

dynamodump export-data --table=test-table
Exporting data for table tomi-test-FotaJobsEventsTable2
(node:807491) NOTE: We are formalizing our plans to enter AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) into maintenance mode in 2023.

Please migrate your code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

Please consider upgrading to SDK v3.
