UI/UX improvements

Many people have commented that the UI is not 100% intuitive and self explanatory. I agree that the UI has evolved in a non optimal way over the lifetime of LosslessCut. I will add here suggestions for new UI by users. Looking forward to working on this when I have time!

Suggestions:

• Ability to search for features/actions Order segments in order of start time? #1698

• Keyboard key + does not work when rewriting segment time and i can not write right after creating new segment #1759

• Notification if job is done (like VidCoder) #1510

It's a great application, except for the UI. Looking forward to this upgrade.

As a stopgap, the UI would be immediately better if you simply switched to different control types rather than the current "buttons with abbreviations" it currently uses.

For example:

• No more abbreviations: "Add Cut Segment" button rather than "C+"
• "Export All" button rather than a scissors icon
• Radio buttons showing selectable multi-options rather than push buttons that toggle their label.
• The mp4 selector control is great! Use that for your other toggleable options.

The functionality currently exposed is fine for now. It's just very hard to know what anything does without thinking about it and waiting for tooltips to appear. Use up a bit more screen real estate and use full buttons and other controls.

A major ui upgrade is now done. version 3 will be a prerelease version for people to test the new ui with new functionality
