Created File time is wrong

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Steps to reproduce

I've got this by editing a Matroska file:

1. open file
2. split in 3 segments
3. export in mp4 by merging in one file, removing first segment

Expected behavior

time in windows explorer should be current time (13:07)

Actual behavior

i've got one hour before (12:07) which is neither the original file creation time

nope, it keeps updating when I make new changes with current time of the export minus one hour.
tomorrow I'll try on a Mac. I'll keep you updated

That's odd. you could try to change the setting "Set file modification date/time of output files to:" and see if it makes a difference.
