MTC-Migration stuck in StageRestoreCreated Phase. #610

Hi Team,

We are trying to migrate the mssql application from source 3.11 to target 4.6 IBM ROKS cluster but the mig-migration got stuck in the StageRestoreCreated Phase.
Please check the below Migplan and migmigration logs and help us to fix the issue.

I moved this to migtools/mig-controller#996 where it will hopefully get more attention. The operator is responsible for installing and upgrading MTC. The controller coordinates aspects of the actual migration.
