OADP/Velero currently has limitations that it processes one backup request at a time as highlighted in the discussion here.. It might certainly be the case that a single instance of OADP install is shared by multiple non-admin users. So in order to give some transparency on what is the current backup request status or a general idea when it will get processed so that the non-admin user's are not left to wonder about what's happening with their backup, a queuing mechanism is desired. The queuing status would be added to the NAB CR status and it would give a general idea about how many backup request are still remaining to be process before their own backup operation gets triggered.
