Just works with gmail in English

The script just works when gmail is configured in English, this is not like a real issue as I guess anyone using the script can understand English but there should just be a release note to configure gmail in english to get this fantastic script working :)

It doesn't always work in English.
In some countries like the UK the "[Gmail]" root folder can be called "[Google Mail]" if you have an old gmail account.
Probably worth some sort of documentation or automatic fall back in the code to try "[Google Mail]" and the localised names for "All Mail"
