What's new?

  • New AutoLogon option in the plugin menu. If enabled then NGPCarMenu plugin opens automatically the specified RBR menu screen when the game is launched. This is very handy to take you automatically to the menu screen of your favorite plugin and saves lots of time and unnecessary key presses when RBR is launched (ie. no need to go through always the same "Load Profile / Options / Plugins / MyFavoritePlugin" menu sequence just to open RBRTM or RBR_RX menu).
  • RBR_RX integration: Adds all new metadata tags into BTB track.ini file if the option is not there already (author, version, date, comment, splashscreen, length).
  • RBR_RX integration: Takes menu automatically to Race when the plugin is opened for the first time (no need to prompt for Race or Replay menu. If you want to go to RBRRX Replay menu then navigate back to Plugins/RBR_RX menu to see the default rbrx main menu).

What's new?

  • RBR_RX integration improvements (scrollable BTB tracks menu list).
  • RBR_RX: PageUp/PageDown/Home/End/Arrow keys navigation in tracks menu list.
  • RBR_RX: Support for the new BTB track.ini metadata fields (author, version, date, length, splashscreen). This way BTB map authors get more well deserved visibility within RBR game when people navigate in BTB track menu list. See the readme.txt file for more details.
  • RBR_RX: Small RBR_RX bug fix workarounds here and there.

What's new?

  • RBR_RX integration (new RBRRX_Integration option in NGPCarMenu menu and INI file).
  • RBR_RX improvement 1: Scrollable BTB stage menu list (if there are more than 20 stages in RX_Content\Tracks\ btb folder).
  • RBR_RX improvement 2: Shortcut menus to recently driven stages on top of RBR_RX stage menu list (easier to choose and re-drive your favorite BTB stage).
  • RBR_RX improvement 3: NGPCarMenu can show a map preview image in RBR_RX stage menu screen (but because usually BTB track packs don't provide a preview image you have to create and copy PNG file to Plugins\NGPCarMenu\preview\maps\ folder).
  • RBR_RX improvement 4: Small RBR_RX menu bug fixes here and there (sometimes RBR_RX could get out-of-sync with a focused menu line).

  • (V1.12.2) Hide the annoying "moving background box" on the bottom right corner in RBRTM Shakedown stages menu screen.
  • (V1.12.1) Tweaked the default location of RBRTM Shakedown map preview images (leaves more room for stage record text lines).
  • (V1.12.1) Also tweaked the location of stageName+km+surface label text to a better place.
  • (V1.12.1) Fixed reading of RBRTM_MapPictureRect option (set the position and size of map preview image). It now works both in default and resolution specific INI sections (resolution section is read first, but if the option is not set there then the option is read from default ini section. Or if missing then NGPCarMenu plugin uses built-in default location values).
  • (V1.12.1) RBRTM_MapPictureRect=0 option can be used to disable the map preview feature and leaving just the Nth recent driven stages shortcut feature in use in RBRTM Shakedown stages menu screen.

  • Tweaked the default location of RBRTM Shakedown map preview images (leaves more room for stage record text lines).
  • Also tweaked the location of stageName+km+surface label text to a better place.

What's new?

  • RBRTM Shakedown menu improvement 1: Nth recently raced stages are shown as a shortcut menu entries on top of the shakedown stages menu list. It is now a lot easier and faster to choose and drive again the same favorite stage, no need to browse through the long list of stages. See RBRTM_RecentMapsMaxCount option to define how many shortcuts are shown (default is 5).
  • RBRTM Shakedown menu improvement 2: Shows stage information and map preview images while browsing available stages. Supports custom PNG images (see RBRTM_MapScreenshotPath and RBRTM_MapPictureRect options) and a map specific DDS splash screens set in Maps\Tracks.ini file.
  • RBRTM Shakedown menu improvement 3: NGPCarMenu plugin remembers the last focused Shakedown stage menu line and re-selects it automatically even after briefly visiting the RBRTM main menu. Originally RBRTM would always wrap back to the first menu line which was annoying while browsing through the stage list.
  • And few other small fixes here and there.

  • Download the "NGPCarMenu_versionTag.zip" package (see asset links below this message) and unzip it to the root folder of RBR game folder.
  • NOTE! If you use FileExplorer integrated tool to extract the zip file then some PC setups may block the extracted NGPCarMenu.dll file because it was downloaded from Internet. The solution is to tick "unblock" option in NGPCarMenu.dll file properties (right mouse button click in FileExplorer) or to use WinRAR or 7-Zip tool to extract the ZIP package.

What's new?

  • Fixed a bug where RBR created a crash dump file at exit time if GaugerPlugin was also installed (at runtime both plugins worked just fine).
  • Fixed a bug where RBR created a crash dump file at exit time if PacenotePlugin was not installed and RBR was running in fullscreen mode (at runtime things worked just fine). Yes, this is veeeery rare combination, but still this issue is now fixed.

What's new?

  • Supports transparent background colors with PNG files (custom PNG images with alpha channel information). [EDIT: V1.11.1 version adds support for "shadow effects" while drawing PNG images with a transparent alpha channel information]
  • New logic in ScreenshotPath option (backward compatible) with runtime variable support. Now it is possible to use image source folder without resolution folder name and share the same image in all resolutions. Or placing preview images in a custom folder structure. See NGPCarMenu.ini.sample file for more details about supported customization options.
  • CarPictureScale option supports vertical and horizontal alignment (image centering) options plus more. See NGPCarMenu.ini.sample file for more details.
  • Fixed "car spec textbox" placement issue in RBRTM plugin menu screens if the preview image was scaled down or the image width was smaller than then drawing area (now the textbox is always aligned with the "Stage info" textbox in RBRTM menu screen).
