Jenkins can't cleanup debootstrap env; owner = root -> sudo cowbuilder #156

Hi,

when Jenkins wants to cleanup the build environment (jenkins-debian-glue-binaries) than it fails, because /var/cache/pbuilder/ is own by root -> cowbuilder was started with sudo.
So I have to remove the (for example) base-wheezy-amd64.cow manually to get the next build running.

What I have done wrong?
