Found the fix for devices not being detected

Hi everyone,

So, I figured out the fix for the issue where the Alexa app was not detecting devices from Home Assistant. The Python Runtime must be set to v3.8 (or which ever is closest to v3.6). The code for this project needs to be updated to work with Python v3.13 (or newer).
