Blog post on categorical distribution has deprecated instructions

I was reading this: https://izbicki.me/blog/the-categorical-distributions-algebraic-structure, and

"cabal install HLearn-distributions-1.1"

is deprecated. You might want to update that.

In addition, I had to look at the issues in this Git repo to realize that old versions of HLearn are not supported through hackage (tried 1.1.0 and 1.1.0.2 -- none of them install for me using commands like the above).
