How to disable Opera Mini and some other?

I need to warn users about browsers which do not support proxy: https://caniuse.com/#search=proxy

I have seen examples for disabling IE, and other commonly known browsers. But how to target specific versions of Opera Mini, Opera Mobile, Android Browser, IE mobile and Samsung Internet? I am basically interested in enumerating required minimal versions for all browsers from the table: https://caniuse.com/#search=proxy
