Possible debian bug preventing vanguards from running while Tor is not available #72

Current:
When Tor was killed (by service tor restart or something), vanguards kills itself too.

Expected:
When Tor is killed, vanguards retry connection infinitely, until the system admin kills it by service vanguards stop.

Hrmm this may be a side effect of how the debian service is configured. Are you talking about the debian service?

When I run vanguards from the command line, it does indeed keep trying to reconnect until the tor process comes back.
