Can't download pixiv novels from bookmarks page

Just updated to the newest version and am enjoying the ability to download novels on pixiv, but I think I've run into a bug: when I try to download pixiv novels from a user's bookmarks page it doesn't recognize the url and fails. Here's the --verbose readout of what happens:

Just thought of one more thing to add regarding novels: include it as one of the possible values for pixiv's extractor.pixiv.include option.

It is already possible to add it to include, I just haven't updated the docs yet.
The keys are novel-user for user novels and novel-bookmark for bookmarked novels.
