Can't download full resolution of DeviantArt pages

When I try to download these, I get these messages:

And then it downloads a lower resolution version of the image. How can I get the full, 3840x2160, resolution?

That is expected, deviantart no longer allows you to download pictures in full res if they lack a download button.
Additionally your gallery-dl is outdated as the latest version defaults to not even trying to use the now defunct workaround.
