Zip postprocessor with cbz extension creates both a .cbz and .zip

Here's what my config contains:

        "postprocessors":  [
                {
                "name": "zip",
                "compression": "store",
                "extension": "cbz",
                "keep-files": false,
                }
            ],

I'm not seeing anything zip related in the verbose output but while it's running I can see in the directory that it's creating both the .zip and .cbz and adding each downloaded image to both. At the end I'm left with identical files with the two extensions. Any ideas? What would be the proper way to run an exec postprocessor to rm the zip after as a workaround?

Sounds like you are using these config settings together with --zip.
Omit the --zip, as that will enable a second zip post processor with default settings.
Your config settings alone is enough to create .cbz archives.
