When trying to run gallery-dl on a twitter url, it gives me "[twitter][error] DirectoryFormatError: Applying directory format string failed (SyntaxError: invalid syntax (, line 1))"
I'm running as administrator. I uninstalled gallery-dl, and when I reinstalled according to the instructions in the README.rst, it gave me "Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable". I then set up a virtual environment and installed gallery-dl again, and I continue to get that message whenever I try to install or update a package. (It also prompts me to update pip, but I'm already running the latest version.)
I am again trying to run gallery-dl for twitter urls, but it is still giving me "[twitter][error] DirectoryFormatError: Applying directory format string failed (SyntaxError: invalid syntax (, line 1))". How can I resolve this?
