Reverse Order

Dose anyone know if there is a way to reverse the order for downloads globally. So instead of always starting with the first image or file on a page or website it would start with the last, baring that how about a way to query the number of downloads on a page so that you can use the range command on a site like twitter incase you dont know where the program stoped at vs how many files are on the page total.
