[Twitter] Author OP username tag for reposts

Is it possible to add a op tag for reposted tweets when applicable like the tweet below because when doing the -K flag to check keywords it only show the username who reposted it {Author[name]} but not the OP name as well. It would be nice to include both something similar to Tumblr with the OP and reblogger {reblog_name} , {reblog_from_name}. They used to have these kind of tweets in the media tab but they moved them to reposts

This Tweet is technically not considered a retweet ("retweeted": false,).
Don't know what these are called, but it's something different.

The original Tweet still has a retweet_count of 0 and its owner's description says:

Please Don’t Follow This Twitter Account.
It’s a video feeder for @JustRasslin & @JustRockContent
