usage: python.exe [OPTION]... URL...
python.exe: error: unrecognized arguments: https://twitter.com/elonmusk

Everytime I try to download a page after updating to the latest version I get this error, it doesn't matter the website all got me this error.

This is most likely the same issue as #6176, #6560, and #6652
