grin-wallet v5.0.3 says it is version 4.0.0

Grin-wallet v5.0.3, and (probably any version after 4.0.0) prints it is version 4.0.0 when using the --version command. That is rather confusing especially when I use many versions of grin-wallet.

grin-wallet.exe --version grin-wallet 4.0.0
