Chrome theme?

Hi there,

I'd like to request a Chrome theme, unless there's any recommendations for a matching dark theme to accompany the rest of the programs you've developed templates for.

I took an initial pass at this since I really want it!

@minamarkham Feel free to use it as a starting point for an official version if you'd like! I have no intention to distribute it on the Chrome Web Store at this time.

I've published a Firefox theme from the same repo mentioned previously.

Let me know if you'd like to publish an official version and I can take it down if necessary.
