feat: Add Metadata Tags when uploading files to Integrated Data Lake #164
Description
Problem:
At the moment it is not possible to add metadata tags to a specific file when uploading it to Integrated Data Lake through MindConnect.
Solution:
An additional input parameter that will describe the metadata tags of a file that will be uploaded to Integrated Data Lake.
Context:
The metadata tags will later be used to sort the uploaded files and conduct data analysis.
