[SPIGOT/PAPER] Link PluginName and LogPrefix

### Description of the feature request

When creating a spigot or paper project, in optional settings, the Log Prefix is set on the value we have defined in other projects.

So the idea is to have the log prefix with project name/plugin name but not in vice versa.
