I would like to introduce the android_translation_layer project.

This project basically allows users to run Android Programs on a GNU/Linux machine.
And I thought that the developers of this project can improve the consistency of ATL.
I am not an Android Translation Layer developer.
I am writing this message only because I think there may be people who want to help the project.
