"Minecraft stopped working, this launcher has exited with a non-zero error code"

I tried to launch the game but it wouldn't work. My email was already logged in and I've bought minecraft using that email. I have a macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
Everytime i open the game, it says, "Minecraft stopped working, this launcher has exited with a non-zero error code" etc etc. Please help me, how do i fix this?

Sorry but I believe mojang has ended support for your > 12 years old Hardware, at least on macOS.

@mcbrick22 Can you please try to downgrade the game version to the last working one?

Like 1.20.15 (x86)?

Only mac models from 2012 and later can still run the latest game versions under macOS.

I got Intel® Core™ i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz × 4 Zorin OS i have the same issue i can play till 1.20.15 but not above then that i wanna play above that version cause no servers take below pkayers 1.20.40. please help
