Noteblock fire sound is low-quality #508

IMHO the noteblock fire sound is a little bit of too low-quality or just feels off.

First, it's very long, but my real problem is that it instantly stops playing, which doesn't sound nice.

What do you think about adding a little fade-out to the fire sound?
