Not sure what the error was but clicking anything in mesecons cause game to kill itself

When I clicked the injector the entire game killed itself with this error.

From which mod is the injector? Which Minetest version are you using?
Be more specific.

The injector is the stackwise injector from pipeworks but it throws the error under mesecons and the mineyest version is 5.8.0 playing singleplayer in minrest_game
