stairsplus:register_custom_subset computes the wrong "cost" for elements

The numbers in the inventory formspec look right, but the actual quantity of material used corresponds to the variant which would be in that same index if stairsplus:register_all were used.

after removing 2 panels, 6 "microblocks" remain:

which is because the item which would be at that index normally is a microblock:

Given the state of the mod, I'm guessing I'm going to have to fix this myself.

Indeed, I don't have time to work on More Blocks myself these days. Feel free to open a pull request for this 🙂
