Smooth cloud color change

Problem

Currently, if you change the sky color with set_sky the sky color changes smoothly.
But the same is not true with changing the color of clouds with set_clouds. They change instantly.

Solutions

For consistency, I suggest that when you change the cloud color with set_clouds, make the color change smooth like for set_sky.

This would slightly improve the graphics IMHO.

Alternatives

Do nothing.
