Add shop link to minnestar.org website

I tagged @jennapederson so we could try to have a conversation about the best way to do this. Should this go through Brave New Media, or is this something we can add directly to the WP theme?

• Added main nav menu item
• Added secondary sub nav menu item
• Added to footer

I'll also add a redirect from minnestar.org/shop to whatever shop URL we settle on. Let me know when to update production and what the real URL will be.
