I’ve noticed that the HTML output generated by the Mintlify CLI for this repo (if that's indeed what is published on starter.mintlify.com) contains invalid markup.
Issue
According to the W3C Validator report, the generated HTML has an unexpected </html> closing tag. This causes all websites built using this template to be invalid in terms of HTML compliance—potentially affecting all websites generated by Mintlify CLI.
Why It Matters
Valid HTML is crucial for better parsing and indexing by search engines, ensuring higher compatibility and accessibility across platforms.
Supporting Evidence
Suggested Next Steps
Could you confirm if this issue is present across all Mintlify-generated sites? If so, addressing it would enhance the reliability of Mintlify-powered websites.
I would have happily investigated further or submitted a PR, but I couldn’t locate the Mintlify CLI repository 😇
I am not a Mintlify user myself, but I love the design and usability of Mintlify-powered sites—great work!
Best.
