ASVExport?

[Worldgate]

How does the ASVExport work? I was browsing some sites and it said

asvexport tamed filename.ark filename.json

it does nothing, maybe im missing something?

My intent is to process .ark files, export the data, and reprocess it for a little project im doing for fun.
