I have daemon with name "tasks_monitor".
It was starting fine but didn't want to stop with any of available commands.
Renaming to "tasks_executor" solved issue.
So, this is an undocumented feature or bug - daemons should have "_monitor" in their names.

Hi, @nixoid. Daemons gem used for daemonization uses _monitor suffix for watchers (if you want to have observer which will restart your daemon after crash), so it looks like undocumented feature. It need some investigation to be sure.
