Emoji options does not appear

I have problem that the emoji options does not appear some times it show result only when typing somthing on search bar , i tried to use CDN, use js file on my code base, install package but still same issue :

Hi Alaa, are you fetching the emojis remotely via a CDN or custom server? If you're using a custom emoji style (like Twemoji or Google), you might need to provide a sprite sheet for the different themes to load properly. It could be worth checking that as well.
