speech recognition does not work on emulator (Mac)

Trying speech recognition (speech recognizer . getText) on the emulator gives : No activity found to handle intent RECOGNIZE SPEECH
This works on the phone

Stackoverflow says something about RECORD AUDIO being a dangerous permission

@halatmit I've added the microphone settings to the latest beta for the macOS emulator.
