Check Mate

Description

Check Mate is a task tracking app for groups. Create an account for your group, use profiles for the different members of the group, and complete shared tasks. Users are able to create tasks inside the app for the whole group to track. Once a user has completed a task, they can mark it as such. Users will also be able to edit and delete tasks as they see fit.

Users will be able to mark who started and completed tasks based on profiles assigned to the account

User Stories

  • As an unregistered user, I would like to sign up with email and password.
  • As a registered user, I would like to sign in with email and password.
  • As a signed in user, I would like to sign out.
  • As a signed in user, I would like tO be able to check off items on the todo list.
  • As a signed in user, I would like tO see if other account members have completed a task.
  • As a signed in user, I would like tO have multiple styles of tasks ( check boxes, toggle switches, input boxes).

GOALS

  1. User is able to Login to the site and logout of the site.
  2. An Account can have multiple profiles- Each with an icon (think Netflix)
  3. A user can have create items for their todo list.
  4. A user can update items from their todo list.
  5. A user can delete items from their todo list.
  6. A user can complete items from their todo list.
  7. user's can see if a member of their account has made any changes.

STRETCH 🙆‍♂️

  1. Tasks can have deadlines / are time sensitive.
  2. The app has an "I'm working on it" tab.
  3. You can assign a task to a member of your group.
  4. the account's Users have icons that are images.
  5. Creating A highly stylized site!
