*Implement crazy pineapple poker (3 hole cards)
  + dist over 3 cards, for each hand, need to do 6 combos (for 2 players)
  (question for how to handle in mc?)
  + or is it just need to add an additional layer (for mc) to select 2-card
  hands for both players?...
  + Need to extend code to handle 3 card dists...and still handle 2 card...

*install depends on poker-eval (c lib) being installed, so verify it exists
during install
*see if easy to install poker-eval on windows
*verify install on mac osx

*get working with java...as jni? not sure...
