Cannot set out-of-bounds sample exception

Hi there,
I am able to successfully run this on Windows (x64).
However, when I try to run this on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04, x64), it keeps throwing the following exception:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'KeyFinder::Exception'
  what():  Cannot set out-of-bounds sample (16765056/16765056)

I got the same exception too, but don't know how to solve this.
