Modify PWM values with assigned buttons

I have a pca9685 module with 2 solenoids and a shaker motor connected. I wonder if I can modify pwm values of connected devices with 2 assigned buttons (for example up-->raise pwm value and down--->lower pwm value); this way I can control intensity of my output devices.
