Not loading with full available amount and under max charging power

Hi!
I have the problem that the battery is not loaded with the available power.
I checked it with severals battery capacities so that it is maybe restrictet trough that. Seems not so for me.
I understand that in the beginning and at the end of the capacity it will be loaded with less. But whats there between.

What are your setting for max charging power?
e.g. in HomeAssistant

or in iSC

in iSC I am not able to see the parameter

In iSC it is in the advanced settings - Installer account needed.
In homeAssistant you should also have the entity as sensor. (not the slider one) Can you please check this as well?

You can create an installer account for yourself and share your installation from your owner account to the installer account.

Speaking of installers, what does your say about this?

Sorry for the late response.
I talked to the installer he changed something but I needed some time to check it, because there was not enough sun.
It works now a little bit better but not for me perfect, sometimes it is still not charging with full power.

How do I create a installer account?

• Go to https://web3.isolarcloud.eu/ and register a new account, pick the installer role.
• You can leave the company name empty or just put your name as your company or whatever.
• After entering an email address, click on "send" next to "Verification code", check your email, and put the code in the field.
• You need to use a different email address than your customer account. If you're using GMail, it's easy to use its alias feature for this. If your email is [email protected], you could use [email protected], for example.
• Once your new account is set up, log into iSolarCloud with your previous, customer-level account.
• Go to the list of plants, click the share symbol next to your plant.
• Click on "Add Sharing". Enter the email address you used for your installer account. Pick "Administrators".
• Log out of your customer account, log into your installer account. You should have full access to your plant now.

Is your battery installed outside? I.e. exposed to low temperatures? That can influence the battery charging speed as well.

No it's in a room where are around 20°Degrees.
When I use force charge it loads with full power.

So I got a answer why this don't work.

It is based on the installation.
I have got to strings one with 800 V and one with 400 V. But if one has more than 700 V and to less Amp it works insufficient for loading and will not load with full power.

Yeah, 400 and 800 are pretty far apart, that's not ideal. Perhaps it's possible to split the 800 V string so that you have 3 400 V strings? Depends on your panels etc, though. Also would require adding 2 cables, i.e. not something you can "just do" without easy access to the panels.
