When you use pymysql you get an error setting up Dev enviroment #214

An error "mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have 0.9.3" comes up. (known python 2->3 error)
I just set up a MySQL database but this should be fixed ad some point to ease setting up Dev environment.
