Rework FeedLoader threshold

Currently, the FeedLoader assumes that all items will be rendered; this assumption is violated by the new technique of using read/banned/etc. status to hide items view-side, leading to situations where the threshold is not triggered because neither threshold post is rendered (e.g., when toggling on "hide read").
