Make the devops project configurable using extension settings

First off, thanks a lot for this project. I love the idea of it!

Could we make the DevOps project ID configurable? I believe it is exposing this string on this line:

vscode-clearml-session-manager/src/common/clearml/list-clearml-sessions.ts

Line 19 in bc0fe2e

const devopsProjectId = await clearmlClient.getProjectIdByName('DevOps');

This would make life really good for me, as I have forked clearml-sessions to better organise my open sessions.
