I've noticed the plugin doesn't bind itself to hidden input fields, even if it's explicitly mentioned when initializing.

In my forms I have custom widgets, like for instance, a Image picker that is built by javascript and is binded to a hidden input field that receives the source URL after the selection is made.

Any thoughts?
