How static/stable is a container definition file? #2
Description
The rocker build scripts to install R and Rstudio install a number of unbuntu dependencies but no versions are defined.
Because the built .sif image is still too large (even limited to just rstudio) to keep on a github repo.
The workflow for sharing a project would require rebuilding the image on another machine at a different time.
Which would mean the base image would be slightly different between builds?
