when i delete a index(this index has a alias name already), the es-head plugin dose not work.
ES Header插件Bug 如果索引有别名的时候，Close索引，整个Header插件不会工作

but if i delete the alias name first, after that i delete the index(has no alias name),the es-head work fine.
