Remove SSE completely #997
Description
I propose we remove SSE completely from the inspector since it deprecated.
- User could still use older version to test SSE.
- We can simplify the code a lot.
The motivation came after 3 people used SSE to connect to my mcp server.
SSE seem fancier and more modern than Streamable HTTP.
Let me know if that ok to remove, i can open a PR.
