Description to parameter sets

I consider the provision of multiple parameter sets a very important use cases.
Importing tools should offer these parameter sets to the user.
It would be good to provide besides the filename also a short description of the parameter sets.

Or should we use the "name" attribute defined in the SSV file (https://ssp-standard.org/docs/2.0/#SSV) for that purpose?
Then a non-normative hint in this regard could help
