时序特征平均池化在2.6以及3.1版本上的表现存在差异 #3328

Describe the bug
What the bug is, and how to reproduce, better with screenshots(描述bug以及复现过程,最好有截图)

基于internvl2/2.5系列的模型,在projector后的时序特征上的时序维度做了平均池化(template类的post encode中)

在2.6版本上无论每卡batchsize设置多少,sft均正常。

3.1版本上sft如果每卡batch size不为1,会报错,为1,可以正常sft;grpo,无论batchsize设置是否为1,都会报错
